Assignment for the property owner to act as strategic planning support for SGA Fastigheter, from preliminary study to preparing the final detailed plan. The work includes i.a. preparation of several different investigations that deal with security and risk, flows, description of different needs linked to different event types, etc. During the preliminary study, C.F. Møller Architects also presented different possible ways to handle the changed flow of people that a relocation of the subway entails. Furthermore, the assignment includes presenting the necessary documents for consultation.
